The following are some of the specialized exercise programs that are available to help maintain your functional abilities and continue enhancing your quality of life; Parkinson’s Club, Women On Weights, Total Joint Club, Cardio Fit Club, Fit for Life, Weight No More, Aqua Plus and Fit Kids Club.  For your convenience, these programs are offered at various sites throughout the Tri-County area. Occupational Rehabilitation
When work injuries occur, physicians refer to our team of highly trained occupational rehabilitation specialists who evaluate and treat the injury and prepare the worker for early return to the workplace.
    Functional Capacity Evaluation
    An FCE is a standardized, objective assessment of a person's physical capabilities.  The results of an FCE are used by the referring physician and employer to determine whether an injured worker can safely return to their job following an injury.

    Work Conditioning
    For those who need additional physical conditioning prior to returning to work. Program includes:

    Injury Prevention Training

    Pre-placement Screening
    Employer's request a musculoskeletal evaluation, dynamic lift assessment, cardiovascular screening and/or job simulation to determine physical capabilities of applicants to perform the job.

    Ergonomic Programs and Services
    Ergonomics, the science of matching the physical characteristics of the worker with the work processes, equipment, and environment, can minimize the potential risk of a workplace injury.  We perform environmental assessments, make workstation modifications, and develop ergonomic solutions for business and industry.
